Document
Screening
- Self-introduction (Career applicants should focus on their work experience)
- The self-introduction is one of the most important documents for both screening and interviews, so it must be completed sincerely and honestly.
Interview
- After document screening, interview candidates are notified via website announcement or individual notice.
- The interview is conducted in a 1:1 format, and evaluates overall competencies including basic skills and personality.

- After final acceptance, new employees undergo OJT training to be developed into competent talents.
